Voice Sales Manager / Voice Sales Agent

Key responsibilities:

- To develop the Rovex interconnect base by interconnecting new PTT, Tier 1/2, Mobile, MVNO or wholesale operators
- Building strong relationships with the customers and suppliers you bring to Rovex
- Active sales – ongoing business development responsibility to ensure the growth and success of the Rovex wholesale voice team
- Increase our business by meeting assigned buying and selling targets

Basic requirements:

- Higher education;
- At least 2 s experience in account management within the Telecom sector preferably within the wholesale voice environment.
- Fluent oral and written English is a must, additional languages a positive.
- Advanced user of computer packages;
- Sociable, responsible and a quick learner;

SMS Manager

- At least 2 years’ experience in the SMS wholesale sector
- Experience in the Day to day management of SMS customers and suppliers
- The role will encompass securing commercially viable SMS agreements / deals with Messaging Suppliers (Mobile Operators and other direct wholesale market players and A2P SMS aggregators)
- To work closely with the Rovex voice team to build an inventory of routes to fulfil SMS market demand
- Generate, retain and profitably grow company volume, sales, and profitability in this sector through proactive management of assigned customer relationships.
- The candidate will have a strong portfolio of existing SMS customers and vendors to introduce to Rovex.
